  • 1 can Refrigerated pizza dough Classic style
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Diced or shredded
  • 2 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded
Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 6 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 ½ cups Heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated
  • 1 –2 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional

  • Garlic Butter Topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Minced optional

Method
 

Step 1
  1. I melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Once melted, I add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  1. I slowly whisk in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring often so it thickens smoothly.

  1. I add the parmesan cheese a little at a time, whisking until fully melted. I season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then set the sauce aside to cool slightly.

Notes
