  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise full-fat
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Grated sweet onion optional
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper freshly cracked
  • splash — Soy sauce or Worcestershire for depth

Method
 

Step 1
  1. Soften the cream cheese and grate the mild and sharp cheddar cheeses.

Notes
