Copycat Jamaican Cowboy Margarita

This Copycat Jamaican Cowboy Margarita tastes just like the popular Texas Roadhouse drink. It’s fruity, tropical, smooth, and dangerously easy to sip. I love making this at home when I want a quick vacation-style cocktail.

Notes

  • I always use unsweetened juices so the drink doesn’t turn overly sweet.
  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  • You can adjust strength by adding or reducing tequila slightly.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
