I make this fiery broccoli when I want something spicy, tangy, and bold but still super simple. It tastes just like CAVA’s version, and I love how fast it comes together.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper warm mild heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder smoky heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano earthy
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander citrusy notes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt adjust taste
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar tangy base
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil helps coat
  • ___ optional garlic powder extra flavor
  • ___ optional lemon juice brightness

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl for tossing
  • 1 Small bowl for spices
  • 1 Spoon or clean hands mixing
  • 1 Sheet pan (optional) only if roasting

Method
 

Step 1
  1. Add broccoli florets to a large bowl.
