Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Chicken drumsticks Pat dry
  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt Thick style
  • 1.5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lemon myrtle seasoning Or Dusty Chicken Poultry Rub
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • lemon Lemon juice Fresh
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Plus extra for glaze

  • 1 Mixing bowl For marinade
  • 1 Roasting tray Lined with baking paper
  • 1 Tongs For flipping
  • 1 Brush For glaze
  • 1 Meat thermometer Optional

Method
 

Step 1
  1. In a big bowl, mix yoghurt, olive oil, lemon myrtle seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.

  1. Coat the chicken drumsticks thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan (220°C conventional). Arrange drumsticks on a lined tray.

  1. Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp ~74°C).

  1. Optional: Brush a little extra honey during the last 5 minutes for a glossy finish.
