Step 1
- In a big bowl, mix yoghurt, olive oil, lemon myrtle seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.

Step 2
- Coat the chicken drumsticks thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 3
- Preheat oven to 200°C fan (220°C conventional). Arrange drumsticks on a lined tray.

Step 4
- Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp ~74°C).

Step 5
- Optional: Brush a little extra honey during the last 5 minutes for a glossy finish.

Step 6
- Rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.

Notes
Pairs beautifully with couscous, roasted vegetables, salads, or warm flatbread wraps. Also great on the BBQ—just cook low and slow and turn often.
