My quick and super smooth copycat Little Caesars garlic butter that tastes buttery, mellow and perfect for dipping pizza crusts or brushing on Crazy Bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 cloves Fresh garlic finely grated to a paste
  • 1/4–1/3 cup Liquid margarine use more for milder flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt optional for extra savoriness

Equipment

  • 1 Small bowl For mixing the garlic butter
  • 1 Fine grater To grate garlic into a paste
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Airtight jar For storing the sauce
  • 1 Microwave Optional, for softening before serving

Method
 

Step 1.
  1. Peel the garlic and grate it into a fine paste. If you don’t have a microplane, mince and chop until very smooth.

  1. Add the paste-like garlic into a small bowl with the liquid margarine. Stir until fully blended and smooth.

  1. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture for 15 minutes so the garlic softens and the flavors blend better.

  1. Stir well before serving. Warm a few seconds in the microwave if it thickens. Use for dipping pizza crusts, breadsticks, or brushing over hot Crazy Bread.

Notes

I always grate the garlic super fine so the dip stays smooth. If you love a milder flavor, add a bit more margarine. This keeps well for up to 7 days in the fridge in an airtight jar.
