Step 1
- Add the liquid margarine to a small saucepan and place it over low heat. Let it melt slowly so the texture stays smooth and silky.

- Once melted, stir in the garlic powder and fine salt. Keep stirring gently until everything is fully combined and there are no clumps.

- If using fresh garlic, add it now. Stir and warm for about 30–60 seconds. Don’t let it brown, just soften so the flavor mellows.

- Add a tiny pinch of sugar if using. Stir once more, then remove the pan from heat and let the sauce rest for a minute.

Step 5
- Taste and adjust if needed. Serve warm as a dipping sauce or brush it over pizza crusts and breadsticks.

Notes
I like using liquid margarine because it stays smooth longer, just like the real Little Caesars garlic butter. If you swap in regular butter, it will firm up faster. Reheat gently before serving for best texture.
