Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Full-fat for best flavor
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Optional chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt Or to taste
  • 2 –3 tablespoons Water Optional to thin

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Add the mayonnaise, garlic cloves, lime juice, cilantro (if using), salt, and water into a blender or tall mixing container.

  1. Blend everything until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed to make sure the garlic is fully blended.

  1. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more lime juice for tang or salt for balance.

Notes

If you prefer a milder garlic flavor, roasted garlic works really well here.
For a lighter version, replace half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
This sauce thickens slightly when chilled, so add a splash of water before serving if needed.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–5 days.
